Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on next-gen AI, edge computing, and quantum-ready architectures.
- Lead a cross-functional team of elite engineers to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies.
- Conduct rigorous research and analysis of emerging tech trends to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and product managers to translate high-level business goals into technical milestones.
- Oversee the integration of scalable cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability of critical systems.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and system scalability across all projects.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in full-stack development, system architecture, and technical leadership.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
