Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Networks.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and resilient technical architectures that support long-term business growth.
- Tech Stack Evaluation: Conduct rigorous R&D on emerging technologies to determine feasibility and integration strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab to prototype and test next-gen solutions.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential technological and security risks associated with future tech implementations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing strategic technology initiatives.
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in emerging tech trends such as Generative AI, Web3, or Advanced Robotics.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of driving innovation and solving complex architectural challenges.
