Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and security.
- Design and optimize microservices and cloud-native architectures using AWS/GCP.
- Drive technical decision-making and mentor a team of talented engineers.
- Conduct deep code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) into core systems.
- Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Extensive experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
