Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product lifecycle, with a focus on Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Lead the architecture design for scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) and evaluate their potential impact on our infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and agile development methodologies.
- Drive innovation by prototyping new solutions that align with the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise data governance and security standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
