Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation systems, focusing on scalability, security, and interoperability.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Advanced AI) to determine feasibility for implementation.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for digital transformation.
- Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading strategic technology transitions and managing long-term product lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technology trends and their potential business impact.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
- Relevant advanced degree (M.S., M.Eng, or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field is highly preferred.
