Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Stack: Architect and oversee the transition to next-generation technologies, including advanced AI, quantum computing integration, and edge computing protocols.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Develop a comprehensive technical vision for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning engineering goals with long-term business objectives.
- System Scalability: Design robust, scalable systems capable of handling exponential data growth and high-concurrency traffic loads.
- Innovation Leadership: Research and prototype emerging technologies, assessing their viability for immediate implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security teams, and C-suite executives to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the migration of legacy systems to the new 2026 architecture, ensuring zero downtime and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with or strong research interest in Generative AI, Machine Learning Ops (MLOps), and quantum algorithmic concepts.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to foresee industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
