Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap, aligning engineering goals with the company's strategic vision for the year 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in cutting-edge fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks that could impact the competitive landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Prototype & Validate: Lead the creation of proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for futuristic technologies, validating feasibility before full-scale deployment.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and engineers dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture, AI/ML frameworks, and distributed systems. Familiarity with Web3 or Edge Computing is a significant plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Adaptability: Strong ability to navigate uncertainty and adapt strategies in response to rapidly changing market conditions.
