Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for the company, identifying key technological trends and integrating them into our product lifecycle.
- System Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise architectures that can handle future growth and complexity.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives and product managers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Futuristic Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and navigate complex technical decisions with business impact in mind.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
