Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology integration, ensuring alignment with company goals for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to determine their viability for enterprise adoption.
- Architecture Leadership: Design scalable, secure, and robust system architectures that can withstand future technological shifts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal innovation initiatives and hackathons to foster a culture of forward-thinking problem solving.
- Stakeholder Management: Present technical roadmaps and future projections to C-suite executives and external partners with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software architecture, technical strategy, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to look beyond current trends and identify long-term technological shifts that impact business models.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
