You will bridge the gap between theoretical emerging technologies and practical, scalable enterprise solutions, ensuring our infrastructure is ready for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3).
- Lead high-impact research initiatives to prototype futuristic software solutions.
- Collaborate with product management to integrate next-gen tech stacks into core offerings.
- Mentor senior engineering teams on scalability, security, and future-proofing architecture.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for potential adoption.
- Oversee the migration to autonomous and adaptive systems infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering, or R&D.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Neural Networks.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation and innovation projects.
- Strong proficiency in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
