Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on the integration of AGI and Quantum Computing by 2026.
- Pilot New Tech: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for next-gen hardware interfaces and neural interface protocols.
- Architect Scalability: Design resilient, decentralized systems capable of handling exponential data growth and real-time global synchronization.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy in an evolving regulatory landscape.
- Talent Cultivation: Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree: PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience in emerging tech).
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture with a specific focus on AI, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, and distributed ledger technologies.
- Problem Solver: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and solve unstructured problems in cutting-edge environments.
- Communication: Proven track record of presenting complex technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders and the public.
- Adaptability: Experience working in agile environments where the technology stack is defined as the job progresses.
