Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade architectures optimized for 2026 performance standards.
- Lead the integration of Agentic AI workflows and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core legacy systems.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Spatial Computing and Neural Interfaces.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and data sovereignty in decentralized environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for AI ethics and safety.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or AI Research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep knowledge of AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong background in cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with blockchain technologies or decentralized ledger systems is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
