Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic planning process to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our long-term architecture.
- Lead AI Integration: Oversee the design and implementation of next-generation AI models and machine learning pipelines to enhance product capabilities.
- Future-Proof Architecture: Build scalable, resilient, and adaptable system architectures that can withstand the rapid pace of technological change.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development milestones.
- Innovation Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technological excellence.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Evaluation: Assess and select the most advanced third-party technologies and vendors that align with our 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on future tech or AI strategy.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of Cloud Native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and predictive analytics frameworks.
- Strategic Planning: Proven track record of delivering successful long-term technical roadmaps that align with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive innovation in unstructured environments.
