Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with proven 5-year strategic planning
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals and cryptography
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on emerging tech
- Published research in IEEE ACM or similar-tier journals on future technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics) and blockchain architecture
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
