Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define the long-term technical roadmap for the company, focusing on emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Architecture Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructure and on-premise solutions.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives and pilot programs to test and validate next-generation technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership roles.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/K8s), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated interest or experience in AI/ML integration, Web3, or advanced data analytics.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, or equivalent are a plus.
