- Cloud & Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud architectures (Edge Computing, Serverless) to support high-velocity global growth.
- Technical Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specifications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, full-stack development, and leading large-scale engineering teams.
- Programming Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript, with a strong understanding of systems programming.
- AI/ML Background: Proven experience with MLOps, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technology stacks accordingly (e.g., Web3, Quantum Computing basics).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
