Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems leveraging quantum AI and neural networks for 2026 market readiness
- Lead R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and carbon-neutral computing solutions
- Develop predictive analytics frameworks for emerging tech adoption curves
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize next-gen processor interfaces
- Create ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with proven experience in quantum/AI systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of blockchain, IoT, and neuromorphic computing
- Portfolio of deployed systems impacting >1M users
- Experience leading teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for global partnerships
