Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature on quantum-resistant algorithms
- Expertise in federated learning and decentralized AI systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized tech products (2021-2023)
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (EAGC) or equivalent
