Qualifications
- 10+ years in software architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or distributed systems
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Strong understanding of ethical tech deployment principles
- Experience with agile methodologies in R&D environments
- Published research in top-tier tech conferences (NeurIPS, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
