Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning R&D initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable systems that leverage advanced AI, machine learning, and quantum computing paradigms.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of next-generation autonomous software solutions.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies for emerging technologies to mitigate risk and drive innovation.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on future-tech domains.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML integration, edge computing, and blockchain technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go with a focus on high-performance systems.
- Experience leading large-scale engineering transformations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a "first-principles" approach to complex challenges.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
