Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 platform migration, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Technology Selection: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum-ready infrastructure) into our existing ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health, optimize latency, and ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Roadmap Execution: Own the technical execution of the 2026 strategic roadmap, delivering milestones on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience is highly valued.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term (5+ year horizon) and align technical decisions with business strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving high-stakes architectural challenges.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent is a plus.
