Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-performance software architectures capable of handling next-gen AI workloads and quantum computing interfaces.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of Generative AI models into core business logic, optimizing for latency and ethical AI standards.
- Web3 Infrastructure: Develop and maintain decentralized protocols, smart contracts, and blockchain integrations for our ecosystem.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural integrity across the organization.
- Future-Proofing Roadmap: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AR/VR convergence, neural interfaces) and define technical strategies to incorporate them into our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in full-stack development, with a focus on backend systems and distributed computing.
- AI & ML Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and LLM implementation.
- Web3 Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Solidity, or similar blockchain technologies.
- Post-Quantum Readiness: Knowledge of cryptography standards and systems designed to withstand future quantum threats.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading engineering teams and managing technical roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
