Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying key emerging trends and technologies to integrate by 2026.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research on AI evolution, blockchain scalability, and next-gen interfaces to inform product strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and product managers.
- Technology Evaluation: Partner with R&D to pilot and evaluate potential technologies, ensuring they align with our long-term vision.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor tech stacks and market shifts to identify gaps and opportunities for disruption.
- Strategic Planning: Develop detailed implementation plans for future tech adoption, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership, with a proven track record of forecasting future tech trends.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and emerging digital transformation technologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think long-term and align technology initiatives with broader business goals.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
