Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a long-term technical roadmap focused on futuristic technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Decentralized Systems, specifically targeting readiness for 2026.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging tech stacks and prototypes, providing feasibility analysis and recommendations to stakeholders to drive innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of engineers, architects, and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
- Integration & Implementation: Oversee the pilot programs and integration of new AI models and automation tools into existing enterprise workflows.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and scalability risks associated with emerging technologies and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or technical architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with Web3 and Blockchain technologies is a strong plus.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
