Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying critical emerging technologies and integration points for our core platforms.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on future tech trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI evolution and Web3 infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate abstract future concepts into actionable product strategies and technical requirements.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with emerging technologies, ensuring long-term scalability and security.
- Advocate for a 'Future-First' mindset within the organization, educating stakeholders on the potential of upcoming tech waves.
- Collaborate with engineering and design leads to prototype and validate future-state solutions.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or systems architecture with a proven track record of forecasting market trends.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into clear, actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of presenting complex technical strategies to executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
