Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems, prioritizing microservices and cloud-native solutions.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum computing trends) to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Executive leadership to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure system reliability, disaster recovery planning, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations and technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
