Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Physics.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or research leadership.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic hardware.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
