Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability microservices architectures capable of supporting exponential growth.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into production environments to enhance user experience and automation.
- Establish architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability across the organization.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and performance tuning for complex systems to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to modern, future-proof cloud infrastructures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, AWS (or Azure/GCP), and event-driven architectures.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript, with experience in functional programming paradigms.
- AI/ML: Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving critical system failures under pressure.
