Responsibilities

- Quantum Integration: Develop interfaces and protocols to harness quantum processors for complex optimization problems and cryptographic security.
- Algorithm Design: Lead the research and implementation of novel machine learning algorithms designed to run efficiently on hybrid classical-quantum hardware.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technical roadmap for the company's 2026 product releases and beyond.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and ethical AI development.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and security vulnerabilities in experimental technologies before they reach production.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in advanced AI or high-performance computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or Azure Quantum).
- AGI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and the path toward Artificial General Intelligence.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
