Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures for our upcoming 2026 product suite.
- Quantum Integration: Bridge the gap between classical machine learning and emerging quantum computing paradigms to solve complex optimization problems.
- Research Leadership: Lead internal R&D initiatives, exploring novel algorithms and deep learning techniques to stay ahead of the industry curve.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of AI models, ensuring high performance, low latency, and energy efficiency in production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CTO to define the technical roadmap and strategic vision for the company's AI ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI or Computational Theory.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML development.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, high-complexity problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
