Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, next-generation software architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the technical strategy and roadmap for our core platforms, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI and Machine Learning models into our production infrastructure.
- Mentor and coach a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, resilience, and high availability across all cloud environments.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain code quality and technical debt reduction.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Expert proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on backend scalability.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment, MLOps, and data pipeline architecture.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum-ready algorithms or futuristic computing paradigms is a significant plus.
