Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and implement robust system architectures capable of supporting high-volume, real-time data processing for the 2026 era.
- Lead Strategic Roadmaps: Define the technical vision and roadmap for cloud migration and AI integration, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Drive Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies, including edge computing and neural network integration, to stay ahead of the curve.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical teams in code reviews, architecture reviews, and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance requirements (SOC2, GDPR).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically about long-term scalability and business impact.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
