Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable backend infrastructure capable of handling next-generation computational loads.
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define the strategic direction for Generative AI integration, ensuring ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging tech stacks, including Web3, Edge Computing, and Neuromorphic computing.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures, ensuring zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native frameworks (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI & ML: Proven track record of integrating advanced Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
