Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for systems designed for the year 2026, focusing on interoperability and scalability.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems using modern microservices architectures.
- Innovation Leadership: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, Generative AI) to solve current business challenges.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs meet rigorous security standards and compliance regulations (SOC2, GDPR).
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure Cloud environments.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
