Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems architecture for 2026-ready applications.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into autonomous decision-making frameworks.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for quantum cloud environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure system security, data sovereignty, and ethical AI compliance at scale.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience designing for high availability and low-latency environments.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and hardware-software co-design.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through rapid scaling phases.
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is a plus.
