Your Mission
As a Future Systems Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI advancements and practical, scalable infrastructure. You will be instrumental in defining the technical roadmap that our teams will execute in 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of advanced Machine Learning models into core production pipelines, ensuring minimal latency and maximum throughput.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct long-term technology assessments to identify emerging trends (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Neuromorphic chips) and integrate them into our roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence across cross-functional squads.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health and optimize resource allocation to ensure 99.999% uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience deploying AI workloads on Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and translate them into actionable engineering strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
