Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for upcoming product releases, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) into existing systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce high-code quality standards, conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Design robust disaster recovery plans and ensure enterprise-grade security protocols are implemented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models.
- Strong background in Web3 and Blockchain technologies (Solidity, Smart Contracts, decentralized architecture).
- Expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading high-performance teams in Agile or Scrum environments.
