Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical planning for the year 2026, identifying emerging technologies such as advanced AI and quantum computing.
- Architect Sustainable Solutions: Design high-performance computing infrastructure that minimizes carbon footprint and adheres to green energy standards.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Implement next-generation security protocols to safeguard sensitive data against evolving cyber threats.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI & ML: Strong understanding of neural networks, large language models, and their integration into core systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, large-scale technical challenges with elegant solutions.
