Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for high-frequency AI trading and quantum computation.
- Lead the architectural vision for integrating legacy infrastructure with next-gen neural networks.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research to identify emerging technologies for the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and compliance with emerging global AI regulations.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a systems architecture or lead engineering role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep understanding of low-latency systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and GPU optimization.
- Strong background in cybersecurity best practices and zero-trust architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
