Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end technical architecture for the 2026 platform, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of complex AI models with legacy infrastructure and emerging quantum computing protocols.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for system reliability and performance under high load.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D teams to translate experimental technologies into stable, production-grade solutions.
- Cross-Functional Guidance: Mentor senior engineering teams, conduct architecture reviews, and drive technical decision-making processes.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security frameworks to protect sensitive data in a decentralized network environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in full-stack system architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Emerging Tech: Familiarity with quantum computing principles, edge computing, and federated learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, multi-dimensional technical problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
