Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define the high-level system architecture for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technology trends.
- Quantum & AI Integration: Design and oversee the integration of quantum algorithms with traditional cloud infrastructure to optimize processing power.
- System Resilience: Implement robust security protocols and disaster recovery strategies to protect critical data assets from evolving cyber threats.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and evaluate bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) to determine feasibility for production deployment.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in system architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding or research interest in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Blockchain technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent.
