Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable, distributed systems capable of handling next-gen AI workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced machine learning models into core platform services.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and high performance under extreme load.
- Drive technical innovation by researching emerging technologies such as edge computing and neural interfaces.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in high-performance computing environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems from concept to production.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
