- Champion ethical AI frameworks and quantum-safe security protocols

Qualifications
- 15+ years in systems architecture with demonstrable experience in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent breakthrough innovation portfolio
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science) on future-critical technologies
- Expertise in decentralized AI governance and ethical algorithm design
- Proven track record of delivering paradigm-shifting solutions valued at $100M+
- Active contributor to IEEE 2026 standards committees
