Qualifications

- Proven track record designing AI-integrated distributed systems
- Certification in blockchain architecture (e.g., IBM Blockchain or Hyperledger)
- Mastery of sustainable tech frameworks (e.g., Green Software Foundation standards)
- Experience with decentralized identity protocols (DID, Verifiable Credentials)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering preferred
