Responsibilities

- Optimize Performance: Conduct deep-dive analysis of system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing high-impact optimizations.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to integrate cutting-edge AI and machine learning models into core infrastructure.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Oversee security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions meet rigorous industry compliance standards.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java; deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Modern Tech Stack: Strong experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
- AI Integration: Familiarity with integrating AI/ML pipelines into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical problems and making architectural trade-offs.
