Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technological vision for 2026, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Networking.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture of complex distributed systems, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance at scale.
- Prototyping: Spearhead the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Architect systems with security-first principles, ensuring compliance with all relevant US data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of systems programming.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and adapt to rapidly changing technological landscapes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
