Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade distributed systems capable of handling next-generation AI and data workloads.
- Future Tech Integration: Lead the technical evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum-resistant cryptography.
- Scalability & Performance: Analyze current systems to identify bottlenecks and architect solutions that ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and optimal performance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and software developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to translate high-level business strategies into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proof of Concepts: Develop and validate PoCs for experimental technologies to determine their feasibility for future product lines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD is a plus).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong understanding of system design patterns.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Experience working with AI/ML frameworks and large-scale data processing engines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
