Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or AI ethics
- Proven track record of patent-eligible architecture innovations
- Experience leading technical teams in agile/scrum methodologies
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., IBM Qiskit Professional)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM on future systems (2018-2023)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
