In this position, you will bridge the gap between today's operational excellence and tomorrow's breakthrough innovations. You will lead a cross-functional team to identify emerging trends, technological disruptions, and market opportunities that will define the landscape of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns short-term tactical goals with long-term 2026 vision and milestones.
- Market Foresight: Conduct rigorous macro-environmental analysis and trend forecasting to anticipate shifts in technology, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead the company's innovation labs and pilot programs, driving the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) into core business functions.
- C-Suite Collaboration: Partner with the CEO and CTO to translate high-level strategic vision into actionable business intelligence and operational plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic scenarios and future state models to the board of directors and executive stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global competitors to identify gaps in the market and opportunities for differentiation leading up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Strategic Expertise: 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or futurism, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering; MBA or Master’s in Strategic Foresight is preferred.
- Trend Analysis: Proven track record of utilizing data analytics and predictive modeling to inform high-stakes strategic decisions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and manage ambiguity during periods of rapid change.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging audiences ranging from technical teams to executive boards.
- Technological Agility: Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and their potential business applications in a global context.
