Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and climate tech verticals
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-vision insights into roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Conduct scenario planning and risk analysis for disruptive technologies and regulatory developments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Build and nurture a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content on technology's societal and economic impacts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon-scanning tools
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic foresight projects or published industry insights
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Planning preferred
